William Boyce
was one of the foremost English composers of the 18th Century,
holding the prestigious posts of Master of the King's Musick
and Organist of the Chapel Royal.
The Trumpet Voluntary is perhaps his best-known composition,
and deserves its place amongst the most popular of all the
English Trumpet Tunes.
Particularly
suitable as a wedding processional.
