It was December 2004 when Matt decided he'd had enough of doing "proper jobs" and that there must be some way of making money out of music.

Having never arranged any music for brass quintet, and with no knowledge of website construction, he decided the best course of action was to build a website selling music arrangements for brass quintets.

A few weeks later he rolled out his first three arrangements and realised two very important things: that people seemed to like his music, and that they were prepared to pay him for it.

He realised he was on to something: if he could make a little bit of money out of three arrangements, then he'd be able to make a little bit more out of 300...

Sticking to this vague business plan, he started churning out brass arrangements like there was no tomorrow.
