Orders:
All orders will be acknowledged within 48 hours of payment being
received. A receipt will be sent to your payment email address, and a
second email either providing download instructions, or (for cd-roms and
books) to confirm your order has been shipped.
Please allow 3 days
for delivery within the UK, 5 days for mainland Europe and 7 days for
the rest of the World. If you have not received your music within this
timeframe, please contact Matt (see below).
Guarantee
of Satisfaction:
If
for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will
offer a full refund for any cd-rom or book items upon return. For downloaded
items, we will offer an alternative download of your choice. If this still
does not meet with your satisfaction, a full refund will be offered.
