Delivery information

We deliver our music to you by one of three method - digital downloads, print-your-own music on cd-rom, and printed sheet music.

Digital downloads
When you buy a digital download from the website, you will receive an email containing instructions to download the music. With much of the music, this is done manually, so it may be up to 48 hours before you receive this email. During office hours (Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm), you'll normally receive this email much quicker - often within a few minutes.

With some newer products, the download instructions are received instantly once your payment is made.

CD-Roms and Printed music
All orders received Mon-Fri 8am-4pm will be sent the same day. UK orders are sent first class so should arrive next day. Oders received after 4pm will be sent the following day, and orders received at the weekend will be sent on Monday mornings.

Overseas orders are processed as above, but please allow 10 days for them to arrive.

If you think your order is taking too long
If your music hasn't arrived, then please get in touch with us. If delivery has not been made after 10 days, we'll send a replacement order at no charge.

If you need to download some music urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
