Refund policy

We hope you'll like our music. But we also realise that, sometimes, you won't! It may be too difficult, too easy, or maybe just not what you were expecting.

If you're not entirely happy with the music you've bought - for any reason - get in touch with us. We'll swap it for any other set of music you'd like from the choices on our website, or failing that, you'll be entitled to a full refund.

Usually, we can find a happy medium - in the past we've transposed music to make it easier, added repeats, simplified it, adapted it to customers' requests. So do let us know if anything is wrong!

Refunds and returns will be accepted for up to 31 days from your order being placed. After this time frame, refunds will be issued at our discretion.
